We're starting up again after a summer of heat and I hope refreshment.

Our September 5 meeting will feature Kim Wirthlin who will be speaking to us about the Utah Women & Politics PAC, whose mission is to "assist balanced, moderate, and diverse Utah candidates get elected in key municipal or state legislative races." The PAC has no gender or partisan requirements, but is looking to support moderate candidates.

Kim is also president and chief operating officer of Huntsman Cancer Foundation, and in her "spare time" climbed Denali. I think you'll find her talk fascinating.
